Senior Principal IT Architect, SAP Master Data Governance

What you'll do

• Define enterprise architecture, strategy, standards, and governance frameworks for SAP Master Data Governance.
• Lead architecture and technical governance for SAP MDG solutions integrated with S/4HANA and BTP.
• Serve as the technical authority for material, customer, supplier, finance, and product data domains.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution architectures and implementation plans.
• Develop and validate prototypes for data quality, workflow automation, and AI-enabled data management.
• Guide solutions through architecture, implementation, deployment, stabilization, and adoption phases.
• Provide technical leadership during major data conversions, cutovers, and production issue resolution.
• Establish reusable architecture patterns and accelerators to support transformation and acquisitions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related IT experience OR advanced degree with 8+ years of related IT experience.
• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing SAP MDG solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programs from discovery and architecture through production deployment and adoption.
• Experience with SAP configuration, data modeling, integration, APIs, workflow, automation, data quality, and troubleshooting.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into enterprise solutions within regulated and large-scale environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
• Work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
