Senior Power Platform Engineer

What you'll do

• Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards for low-code applications and AI environments.
• Design multi-tiered environment strategy to support data separation and controlled solution deployments.
• Lead administration of Copilot Studio, including configuration and implementation of security controls.
• Architect and manage data protection policies to prevent unauthorized data movement in integrations.
• Implement automated deployment pipelines supporting consistent releases across all environments.
• Monitor platform performance, identify non-compliant solutions, and enforce governance standards proactively.

What we're looking for

• At least five years of experience administering enterprise-level low-code platforms.
• Expertise in platform governance and environment strategy at scale.
• Deep hands-on experience with administrative tools for low-code platforms and CRM systems.
• Proven experience building, deploying, and governing intelligent agents.
• Advanced proficiency with scripting languages for automating administrative tasks.
• Certifications in Power Platform Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Experience managing multi-environment CRM platforms including security role design.
