What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in power system design and development.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and delivering high-density energy storage systems for harsh environments.
  • Knowledge and experience with battery safety plans and certification processes (UN38.3, NAVSEA 9310).
  • Strong technical fundamentals in energy storage systems, electronics design, and product development.
  • Experience in high-reliability mission-critical power system design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams and communicate complex technical information clearly.
