What you'll do

Own and evolve bounded platform components, service modules, and SDK areas for multi-tenant use.
Perform deep debugging across distributed services to drive compatibility-safe remediation plans.
Implement targeted resilience, capacity patterns, and performance optimizations for platform surfaces.
Design and develop software systems aligned with pre-defined architecture and business goals.
Lead code reviews and implement functional, non-functional, and observability testing processes.
Manage API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies for complex integrations.
Author and curate team-scoped documentation, samples, and adoption guidance for consumers.
Provide technical guidance to customers and investigate complex product maintenance issues.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
3 to 5+ years of experience is required.
Experience owning and evolving platform components, service modules, or SDK areas for multi-tenant use is required.
Experience performing deep debugging across distributed services and driving compatibility-safe remediation plans is required.
Experience implementing resilience, capacity patterns, and performance optimization strategies in software design is required.
Experience designing software solutions and identifying requirements to achieve business and operational goals independently is required.
Experience implementing software testing, quality assurance processes, error logging, monitoring, and observability is required.
Experience implementing secure coding practices to prevent security vulnerabilities is required.
