Senior Platform Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and internal delivery tooling using Jenkins and GitLab.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks and engineering standards to eliminate manual effort in deployments and upgrades.
• Build and support Kubernetes-based platforms across both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure hosted within AWS and OVH environments.
• Enhance system observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational readiness initiatives.
• Create and maintain installation guides, runbooks, and technical documentation for delivery processes.
• Utilize Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and Python to automate configuration management and infrastructure.
• Participate in troubleshooting and escalation activities to ensure the reliability of mission-critical systems.

What we're looking for

• Fluency in both Norwegian and English.
• Proven experience designing, operating, and improving software delivery platforms and automation frameworks.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, containerized applications, and modern deployment practices.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Proficiency with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing cloud platforms (AWS) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms including Grafana, Zabbix, and OpenTelemetry.
