Senior Partner Manager, Technology Partnerships (ISVs)

What you'll do

• Identify and recruit high-potential ISV partners with strong product-market fit.
• Source and structure partnership agreements to establish long-term success foundations.
• Develop and execute GTM plans for ISV partner solutions in the field.
• Manage ongoing partner success by tracking adoption, pipeline contribution, and performance.
• Contribute to the design of MongoDB's ISV partner program, including tiering frameworks.
• Build reusable assets such as playbooks and joint solution briefs for partners.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ISV program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex partnership initiatives from sourcing through GTM execution.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software sales and co-sell motion generation.
• Ability to build and scale greenfield programs with a builder mentality.
• Strong commercial acumen for structuring deals and evaluating partner ROI.
• Technical fluency in data platforms and ISV integrations.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse internal and external audiences.
