Generate monthly reports for Chief Engineer and methods of procedure documents.
Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation and quality control.

What we're looking for

2+ years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC
Experience working in Data Centers/Raised Floor Environment
Strong technical expertise in Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations
Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
Ability to lift 80 lbs. and work in adverse conditions
Compliance with safety procedures and participation in Good Catch/Near Miss program
Maintenance of facility services, preventative maintenance, and inventory control
