What you'll do

Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern .NET services and APIs.
Migrate legacy applications to cloud-native architectures on AWS.
Extract business logic from SQL Server stored procedures into scalable C# services.
Mentor offshore development teams and remove delivery blockers.
Drive engineering excellence through sprint planning, code reviews, and coding standards.
Support CI/CD pipelines and production releases to ensure secure, reliable deployments.
Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and define acceptance criteria.

What we're looking for

12+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of experience working with modern .NET and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
Proven experience designing, building, and deploying microservices or independently deployable distributed applications.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and advanced T-SQL development.
Hands-on experience migrating business logic from stored procedures into application services.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OpenAPI specifications, OAuth 2.0, and JWT-based security models.
Experience with EF Core, Dapper, asynchronous programming, and application performance optimization.
Hands-on AWS experience including ECS/Fargate, RDS for SQL Server, and messaging technologies like SQS, SNS, or EventBridge.
