Senior Member of Technical Staff, AI Research

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and iterate on agentic AI systems to integrate seamlessly into human workflows.
• Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices and AI-driven development tools.
• Develop and maintain a shared system context of designs, constraints, and standards for reliable AI operation.
• Critically evaluate both human and AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
• Implement and debug model training, evaluation, and inference pipelines using deep learning frameworks.
• Deploy machine learning systems across cloud platforms using Docker and other infrastructure tools.
• Create advanced prompts to ensure AI outputs are reliable, secure, and production-ready.

What we're looking for

• Strong proficiency in Python with solid experience in C++ and/or Java.
• Proven track record of building production-quality systems and high-quality, production-grade software.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks.
• Experience implementing and debugging model training, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
• Practical experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, prompting, orchestration, and evaluation for LLM-based systems.
• Experience deploying ML systems using Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills to create precise, structured prompts and maintain system context.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
