What you'll do

Design and optimize manual assembly processes for high-volume production environments.
Create comprehensive manufacturing work instructions and technical documentation with visual aids.
Engineer and optimize dispensing operations for adhesives, sealants, and thermal materials.
Provide real-time lineside support to resolve process deviations and maintain production flow.
Perform root cause analysis to implement corrective actions and improve manufacturing processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing process development, preferably in a high-reliability industry.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Expertise in creating detailed work instructions and manufacturing process documentation with visual aids.
Experience optimizing manual assembly operations and establishing standardized work.
Experience with dispensing technologies for adhesives, sealants, and thermal materials.
Proficiency with CAD software for assembly documentation and tooling design.
Ability to analyze and improve processes using lean manufacturing principles and AS9100 standards.
