Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Hydraulics

What you'll do

• Provide technical expertise to support and facilitate daily manufacturing operations and equipment processes.
• Lead the implementation of Lean and DBS tools through formal and informal Kaizens.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop timely solutions for production process issues.
• Interact with customers daily to resolve quality assurance and product issues.
• Research and implement advanced technology solutions to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee the development of new processes, methods, and production controls.
• Prepare operations manuals for existing and new manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize projects and address material flow gaps.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a related role.
• Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Proficiency in statistical tolerance analysis techniques, functional dimensioning, and tolerance analysis.
• Strong quality process background including FMEA, DOE, and Failure Analysis.
• Strong knowledge and experience with complex manufacturing processes.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization.
• Export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.
