What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field.
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Proven track record in New Product Introduction (NPI) or complex manufacturing process ownership.
  • Strong Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) expertise.
  • Ability to build and manage production infrastructure, including tooling and equipment procurement.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) for global manufacturing operations.
