What you'll do

Oversee strategic development and execution of short to mid-term production goals for missile manufacturing.
Drive Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to achieve ambitious 5-year strategic vision.
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of new product introduction projects from concept to full production release.
Establish and refine robust manufacturing processes and systems throughout the product development lifecycle.
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial performance, quality, and on-time delivery using data-driven methods.
Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent in a high-pressure, rapidly evolving environment.

What we're looking for

Minimum 6 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing/production, scaling operations from prototype to full-rate production.
Deep experience with discrete manufacturing in technical industries like aerospace or defense.
Proven ability to define and execute strategic initiatives while managing tactical operations.
Strong track record of engaging and collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams on a technical level.
Demonstrated success in attracting, developing, and retaining high-quality talent for building engaged teams.
Significant leadership experience across supply chain, procurement, and warehousing functions for scaled manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
