Senior Manager, UI, Software Development

What you'll do

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team to deliver cross-app in-product experiences.
• Drive end-to-end execution from initial ideation through experimentation, launch, and scaled adoption.
• Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Data teams to define roadmap priorities for engagement and revenue.
• Own the technical strategy for rapid prototyping and integrating capabilities into scalable user workflows.
• Establish a culture of analytics-driven development by embedding telemetry and success metrics into every feature.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and observability are integrated into product design from the outset.
• Translate business strategy and commercialization goals into clear technical execution plans.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience (preferably Front end technologies).
• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams delivering user facing applications at scale.
• Demonstrated experience supporting product growth, adoption, and commercialization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of analytics driven product development including experimentation frameworks and telemetry.
• Solid grounding in performance optimization, scalability, and production reliability.
• Experience with modern web technologies such as React, Web components, TypeScript, GraphQL, and cloud native architectures.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous product and business goals into structured technical plans with measurable outcomes.
