  • Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance programs are aligned for reliability and uptime.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience managing day-to-day operations and projects in manufacturing facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and asset lifecycle management.
  • Proficient in CMMS and ERM software for maintenance and project management.
  • Experience managing budgets for preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Knowledgeable in environmental health and safety (EHS) management within a facility.
