What you'll do

Own pipeline and ACV forecasting methodology, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Develop deal intelligence to proactively identify risks and opportunities in government contracts.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
Support monthly executive reporting on performance, risks, and priorities.
Enhance predictive models and forecasting rigor in collaboration with the Stats team.

What we're looking for

4-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or similar analytical roles.
Experience managing reporting for complex B2B or government/defense contracting environments.
Proven ability to own forecasting processes and operational planning.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders.
Ownership mindset and capability to operate independently in ambiguity.
