  • Partner with production floor leadership to forecast hiring capacity and optimize interview-to-hire velocity.
  • Build talent maps to generate market insights and inform engagement strategies within competitive hubs.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record of executing high-volume hiring for manufacturing roles.
  • 8+ years of experience working with senior manufacturing leaders and stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in hiring across the manufacturing spectrum, including hourly and salaried roles.
  • Experience building a manufacturing talent acquisition function from scratch.
  • Understanding of ITAR policies and manufacturing compensation structures.
  • Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-changing production demands.
