What you'll do

What we're looking for

Experience managing platform, infrastructure, or foundational engineering teams in high-growth environments.
Deep technical fluency in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and observability.
Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, or Ruby.
Experience operating SQL and RDBMS in production at scale, preferably PostgreSQL.
Proven track record of operational excellence including on-call programs, incident response, and release management.
Proficiency in agentic, AI-assisted development practices and the ability to drive their adoption.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional leadership settings.
Ability to lead team growth, hiring, and performance management while setting technical strategy and architecture.
