What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and teams focused on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
Manage and mentor lead engineers while building succession plans and scaling leadership capabilities across teams.
Partner with product and architecture leaders to define multi-year technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
Drive the end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale, cloud-native systems with high reliability requirements.
Align engineering execution with enterprise goals by influencing portfolio-level decisions and trade-offs.
Oversee multiple Agile engineering teams to ensure the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Develop and deploy proprietary risk management solutions powered by state-of-the-art AI technology.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
At least 3 years of people management experience.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
Experience leading architectural design reviews and influencing enterprise-wide technical standards (preferred).
Experience with database management systems, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks (preferred).
Experience with multiple programming languages, cloud environments, and AI-based coding tools (preferred).
