What you'll do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of portal engineers for successful project execution.

  • Oversee architecture decisions and integrations with ticketing and CRM systems like Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Establish best practices for security, accessibility, and data privacy compliance in the support portal.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for support portal tooling and services.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in digital support, customer experience, or support portal product management.
  • 4+ years of people management experience leading technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of customer support portal platforms like Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong ability to manage business initiatives, juggle multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce technologies and willingness to learn new tools like Mulesoft and Heroku.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud Consultant certification required.
