What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in software engineering or reliability engineering.
At least 2 years of direct people management experience for software engineers.
Proven track record managing an engineering team responsible for production systems end-to-end.
Strong technical expertise in modern software architectures, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Practical experience with AI-enabled software systems and AI-accelerated workflows.
Excellent leadership skills including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
