What you'll do

  • Hire and develop a team of simulation and rendering/visualization engineers for VLA-based robotics.
  • Lead the development of an NVIDIA Omniverse-based simulation platform with software engineers.
  • Define long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for robotics simulation and digital twin integration.
  • Translate business requirements into simulation solutions to support automation and robotics initiatives.
  • Assess current simulation assets and develop a strategy to integrate them into a cohesive digital ecosystem.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of management experience in robotics, simulation, or software, preferably in a startup.
  • Extensive background (5+ years) in simulation, robotics, or autonomy, with experience deploying Omniverse-based digital twins.
  • Strong understanding of construction and mining automation and robotics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mathematics, or related field required.
  • Proven ability to establish new organizations and work closely with senior management on long-term vision and roadmaps.
  • Deep knowledge of simulation architecture, model governance, verification/validation practices, and integration with real-time data sources.
