What you'll do

Define the intent and evolution of the personal loans application decisioning experience.
Leverage AI models, experimentation, and targeting capabilities to improve originations and conversion.
Streamline the decisioning experience across the entire application funnel from targeting to funding.
Implement credit and fraud controls that balance security with a frictionless customer journey.
Integrate new enterprise capabilities into the application experience with platform and risk partners.
Recruit, grow, and develop world-class product management talent.
Partner with Tech and Design teams to build an agile, AI-enabled delivery organization.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design and customer needs.
Demonstrate proficiency in business focus and execution excellence.
Demonstrate proficiency in technology-driven solutions for near and long-term value.
Demonstrate proficiency in integrated problem solving and risk mitigation.
Demonstrate proficiency in transformational leadership and cross-functional team alignment.
