This position focuses on the critical domain of identity management and secure data infrastructure to provide a stable foundation for all customer interactions within the organization's digital landscape.

What you'll do

  • Manage the enterprise system of record for customer data and secure access across all digital products.
  • Ensure seamless, personalized, and robustly protected login experiences and transactions for over 100 million customers.
  • Translate business strategy and analysis into high-quality consumer-facing digital products.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical problems while proactively mitigating product risks.
  • Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions for both near-term and long-term value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
  • Reimagine and innovate product solutions by focusing on internal and external customer needs.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
