As the Senior Manager, ESCI Data Engineering, you will lead the data strategy and teams responsible for the Environment, Supply Chain & Innovation data foundation. This critical system of record supports reporting on labor, human rights, supplier readiness, materials, carbon, chemistry, and resources. You will own the product vision end-to-end, managing a portfolio of systems including environmental metrics and supplier-facing tools while leading a distributed team of engineers and designers. Your daily work involves translating complex regulatory requirements into technical solutions, overseeing the development of applications and custom AI agents, and ensuring data integrity for audit and assurance processes. You will utilize skills in software engineering, APIs, platform infrastructure, and change management to solve problems related to manufacturing compliance, supply chain transparency, and environmental footprint tracking within a complex global operations framework.

Modernize legacy systems while maintaining the performance of mature platforms in active production use.
Travel internationally to engage with regional counterparts and end users who depend on the platform's data.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience managing software engineering or product teams.
5+ years leading a combined Product and Engineering organization with full cross-functional ownership across Product Management, Design, and Engineering.
Proven track record in change management.
Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and platform/infrastructure concepts.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems and evolving regulatory requirements into clear product solutions.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across functions including legal, communications, and audit or assurance functions.
Familiarity with auditing systems, assessment workflows, and reporting or assurance standards (preferred); experience with supply chain, manufacturing, or environmental systems (preferred).
