The Senior Manager, ESCI Data Engineering leads the data strategy and teams responsible for the Environment, Supply Chain & Innovation data foundation. This role involves owning the end-to-end product vision, from roadmap strategy to hands-on execution with cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Designers, Software, and Platform Engineers. What we're looking for
10+ years of experience managing software engineering or product teams.
5+ years of experience leading a combined Product and Engineering organization with full cross-functional ownership.
Proven track record in change management.
Proven track record of defining and delivering a product vision across multiple applications, including mature systems and platforms requiring modernization.
Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and platform/infrastructure concepts.
Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across legal, communications, and audit functions (preferred).
