What you'll do

Identify and integrate machine learning and AI applications to improve discovery and engagement within the platform.

What we're looking for

MS/PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, or CS, or equivalent experience.
Typically 9+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
Proven track record leading multi-team analytics programs and owning domain-level strategy and standards.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, advanced experimentation, econometrics, time-series, causal inference, and data modeling.
Ability to create executive-ready narratives that translate complex analyses into actionable decisions for Director+ audiences.
Experience in architecture-aware analytics solutioning and dashboarding.
Demonstrated ability to lead through others by mentoring, delegating, and managing cross-functional team alignment.
Capability to advocate for and integrate ML/AI applications across the domain.
