Senior Manager, Deployment Operations

What you'll do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for deployment operations across assigned divisions and business lines.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while establishing rigorous performance standards and succession plans.
• Oversee global deployment strategy, including staffing and resource allocation across logistics, hardware, and technical teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison for all deployment status updates, critical issues, and escalations to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal partners and external customers to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Champion the development and adoption of new tools and methodologies to streamline field operations and installations.
• Evaluate deployment processes and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and reduce operational costs.

What we're looking for

• Must have 8+ years of experience in operations, global logistics, supply chain management, or complex program management.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a people leadership role developing managers and high-performing teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or defense environments is preferred.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership managing concurrent, complex, and high-stakes projects.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively engage stakeholders to achieve mission objectives.
• Superior communication and influence skills to interface with internal departments, customers, and government representatives.
• Experience deploying and integrating enterprise systems such as ERPs, project management platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
