What you'll do

  • Manage team members and vendors to ensure 24x7 technical support for critical business data.
  • Oversee operational aspects of all platforms in the Data portfolio, including security and compliance.
  • Lead incident management for outages or incidents impacting live production systems.
  • Ensure quality resolution of platform defects through application development lifecycle management.
  • Partner with architects to identify opportunities for improved customer service and agility.
  • Manage vendor relationships to deliver services against Key Performance Indicators.
  • Develop direct reports by providing career guidance and mentoring.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10 years in technology management and 7+ years leading engineering and operations teams for enterprise data & analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps for development and operations support of data & analytics systems.
  • Expertise in managing highly scalable, cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, SAP HANA, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external distributed teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
  • Deep knowledge of security and compliance requirements for enterprise data solutions.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and techniques to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
