- Lead design and delivery of robust platform capabilities that enable intelligent search and automated insight generation through governed data services.
- Establish enterprise-grade DataOps practices, ensuring data products are production-ready, auditable, and trusted by stakeholders.
- Hire, mentor, and grow data engineers across all levels to build a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience directly managing data engineers or equivalent software/data teams.
- Extensive experience in data engineering and Big Data development with enterprise-scale platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, and PySpark/Spark for distributed data processing.
- Proven expertise in data modeling, architecture, and designing scalable, maintainable data systems.
- Deep understanding of machine learning lifecycle, MLOps practices, model governance, and production ML systems.
