Senior Manager, Data Analysis - Network Platforms and Product Operations

What you'll do

• Transform high-volume transactional data streams into core analytical assets for network platforms and products.
• Own the data strategy, architecture, and modeling frameworks for core network platforms and servicing portals.
• Establish technical roadmaps for monitoring systems and automated anomaly detection.
• Optimize complex backend operational data schemas to improve performance and scalability.
• Assess the quality and risk of real-time transactional data logs across various product domains.
• Communicate technical results and data trends through reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Align local data assets with enterprise strategy, cloud infrastructure, and global governance mandates.
• Coach and mentor technical staff while setting high engineering standards for data utilization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or a Master's degree currently in progress with at least 5 years of data analysis experience.
• At least 7 years of experience performing data analysis if holding a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience managing people.
• At least 7 years of experience working with high-volume, semi-structured transactional and application log data.
• At least 5 years of experience manipulating, optimizing, and performing analysis with massive, enterprise-scale datasets.
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• At least 5 years of experience developing and validating statistical or econometric models.
