What you'll do

Manage technology evaluations and implementations for performance improvement.
Supervise and allocate internal and external resources within the Therapeutic Area.
Ensure successful delivery of program objectives and maintain industry-leading resources.
Practice continuous improvement of processes and technology usage in clinical data systems.
Provide strategic direction, advice, and guidance to staff on operations responsibilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, life sciences or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
8+ years of experience with clinical database design, data loading, and modeling concepts or similar technical/clinical development environment.
Demonstrated intermediate SAS and SQL programming skills and expert knowledge of database concepts.
In-depth knowledge of CDASH and SDTM Standards and understanding of clinical trial processes.
Proven ability to coach/mentor in a matrix environment with effective communication and analytical skills.
