TL;DR · Associate Director, Army Mission Operations

As an Associate Director in the Mission Command business line at Anduril, you will lead senior leader engagement with Corps and Division Commanders for the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) program. Your role involves driving rapid fielding of NGC2 by influencing key stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness and proactively engaging with the acquisition community. You will create a repeatable technology adoption model, develop mid-term product roadmaps based on operational priorities, and identify efficiencies in NGC2 integration across software, transport, and compute layers. Success requires 12-15+ years of experience within the DoD and Intelligence Community, strong executive communication skills, and a bias towards rapid delivery. Preferred qualifications include military command experience or technical program management roles.

What you'll do

  • Drive top-down engagement for the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) program.
  • Validate and redefine delivery assumptions to ensure customer organizations prioritize NGC2.
  • Cultivate senior leader advocacy and institutional adoption of NGC2 across Army formations.
  • Develop mid-term product roadmaps based on operational leadership priorities for NGC2.
  • Identify efficiencies in NGC2 product integration across software, transport, and compute layers.
  • Facilitate first-party Anduril product adoption within Army formations by identifying customer champions.
  • Step in as a senior leader to manage escalations or deescalations requiring executive engagement.

What we're looking for

  • 12-15 years of experience in DoD and Intelligence Community
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in STEM fields
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Secret clearance required
  • Bias towards rapid delivery, iteration, and extreme ownership
