What you'll do

Lead, coach, and manage a team of full-stack developers delivering enterprise applications within the Palantir Foundry platform.
Provide hands-on technical leadership by offering architectural guidance, mentoring developers, and resolving complex technical challenges.
Establish technical directions, coding practices, and development standards to ensure scalable and secure software solutions.
Oversee the full lifecycle management of user-facing applications, including dashboards, APIs, data pipelines, and ontology-driven solutions.
Define and promote UI/UX design standards to ensure applications provide intuitive and consistent user experiences.
Plan and prioritize application development activities to align with business priorities and operational delivery commitments.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions for digital workflow optimization.
Communicate technical strategy, project status, and delivery risks to leadership and executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Must be a U.S. citizen (required for potential security clearance).
Previous experience leading software development or application development teams (preferred).
Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications in Palantir Foundry (preferred).
Strong experience with full-stack development using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or comparable languages (preferred).
Experience leading the design and development of user-centric applications with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles (preferred).
Experience leading application architecture, API integration, backend services, and enterprise application design (preferred).
Experience leading software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery, testing, release management, and production support (preferred).
