Senior Machine Learning Engineering Manager – Ads Predictions

What you'll do

• Lead the development and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning models for ads quality optimization.
• Own the full lifecycle of ML systems from data to productionization at scale.
• Drive A/B experimentation strategy, translating complex data insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Optimize training, inference, and resource utilization for large-scale ML workloads in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
• Champion privacy-preserving machine learning approaches in model development and system design.

What we're looking for

• Over 10 years of experience leading ML teams and working with large datasets.
• Deep expertise in developing and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models at scale.
• Strong background in privacy-preserving machine learning techniques and system design.
• Hands-on experience in building and optimizing training, inference pipelines for ML workloads.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation.
• PhD or MS in AI/ML/Mathematics/CS or related field required.
