Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Ads Predictions

What you'll do

• Design and implement ML models to enhance user interaction predictions and ad performance metrics.
• Develop and refine retrieval algorithms using both traditional IR and modern deep learning techniques.
• Contribute to advanced modeling areas like deep neural networks, contextual bandits, and multi-task learning.
• Analyze large-scale distributed datasets to discover new signals for improving model accuracy and robustness.
• Participate in the design and execution of large-scale experiments to validate novel model architectures and strategies.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of machine learning experience at scale, preferably in ad tech or web-scale systems.
• Expertise in neural network architectures like Transformers, DNNs, RNNs using TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Practical knowledge of reinforcement learning and bandit-based optimization techniques.
• Experience with high-volume data pipelines, A/B testing infrastructure, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL, Scala, or Java for production environments.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete, impactful solutions.
