  • Apply research concepts to production code, formulating testable hypotheses for business impact.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in building scalable machine learning and quantitative optimization capabilities.
  • Expertise in machine learning, reinforcement learning, control systems, and statistical methods.
  • Ability to implement research concepts into production-quality code and define testable hypotheses.
  • Deep understanding of design of experiments and online experimentation at scale.
  • Strong fluency in Java or Python with experience using Spark, Hadoop, or similar distributed frameworks.
  • PhD in a relevant field (Machine Learning, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent industry experience.
