What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Operations Research, or a related field.
8 years of experience building high-throughput, scalable applications or machine learning models in production environments.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience building large-scale machine learning systems using big data technologies like Spark, SQL, or Snowflake.
Experience with ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Familiarity with MLOps practices such as model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and experiment tracking tools.
Experience building and deploying applications using large language models via APIs or self-hosted inference.
Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen to build multi-step AI workflows.
