What you'll do

Architect, design, and build end-to-end pipelines using AI, machine learning, and reinforcement learning for marketing optimization.
Implement CI/CD for ML including automated testing, model versioning, monitoring, and orchestration for production models.
Lead the design of Agentic AI solutions to automate marketing workflows and optimize ML infrastructure.
Develop data preparation and model optimization strategies to transform first-party data into reliable decision engines.
Convert prototypes into production-ready solutions that meet business needs and drive measurable outcomes.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers and data scientists on code quality and scalable architecture.
Influence the ML and data roadmap while integrating emerging AI technologies into real business workflows.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Master's degree (preferred).
3+ years of hands-on experience developing machine learning systems in production environments.
3+ years of Python programming experience with familiarity in ML frameworks and MLOps platforms.
2+ years of SQL experience working with large-scale data.
2+ years of experience leading the design and architecture of new and existing systems.
Strong background in reinforcement learning, causal inference, or Agentic architecture.
Experience as a mentor or tech lead with strong cross-functional communication skills.
Proficiency with full-stack frameworks such as Node.js or React (preferred).
Experience with distributed modeling (preferred).
