What you'll do

Draft and negotiate complex construction agreements from an owner/tenant perspective.
Provide expert legal advice on all phases of construction projects to accelerate timelines.
Represent Anduril in negotiations with project stakeholders to ensure optimal terms.
Manage and advise on construction claims, disputes, and compliance issues proactively.
Develop and maintain internal construction contract templates and processes for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws, building codes, and defense contracting requirements.

What we're looking for

Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier accredited law school.
At least 7 years of construction law experience representing owners or tenants.
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state; ability to practice in California.
Expertise in drafting and negotiating AIA document families and ConsensusDocs.
Strong understanding of various construction project delivery methods.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
