What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy regulatory model applications and cloud modernization solutions.
Build scalable distributed data processing solutions using PySpark, Python, and Databricks.
Implement secure and resilient AWS-based architectures and integration patterns.
Write high-quality code, automated tests, and technical documentation for production systems.
Conduct code reviews and ensure release readiness for all software components.
Communicate architecture and delivery plans through technical documentation and presentation decks.
Build and operate production-grade systems focusing on quality, reliability, and observability.
Develop AI agent workflows including LLM-enabled orchestration and evaluation guardrails.

What we're looking for

5+ years of software engineering experience and strong CS fundamentals.
Strong hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, Databricks (DBX), and AWS.
Experience building and operating production-grade systems for quality, reliability, and observability.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
Experience with C++, Scala, and/or Java (preferred).
Data engineering experience; ML exposure is a plus (preferred).
Experience enabling or building AI agent development, including LLM-enabled workflows and orchestration (preferred).
Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
