You will solve complex engineering puzzles by integrating interactive AI tooling and building A/B or MAB testing frameworks within marketing platforms.

What you'll do

Design resilient, system-level architectures for enterprise-wide experimentation, audience segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
Architect and scale high-performance engines to optimize message effectiveness using advanced ML models.
Integrate agentic workflows and distributed streaming architectures to power fast, scalable journey orchestration.
Implement automated creative testing and targeted segment delivery across multiple products and channels.
Mentor software engineers and cultivate a culture of technical excellence and continuous experimentation.
Build and scale experimentation platforms including A/B and Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) testing frameworks.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Python, Java, Go, SQL, etc. (preferred).
4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks, distributed streaming technologies, or people management (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
