As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack, you will join the Developer Experience team to build an integrated developer tool ecosystem that provides a guided experience for engineers. The role requires proficiency in JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go. You will work with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS tools. Additionally, you will utilize Groovy for build automation and CI/CD pipelines while leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity within a complex technical environment.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of experienced developers.

Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging tech trends.
Write, review, and evaluate code using languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, and Go.
Develop integrated developer tool ecosystems to improve internal developer experience and flow.
Implement automated build pipelines and CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins and Groovy.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
9+ years of software development experience using Java or Python (preferred).
4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud services (preferred).
4+ years of experience with DevOps engineering, build automation, and CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins (preferred).
3+ years of experience scripting with Groovy for build and pipeline automation (preferred).
