The Senior Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack (Java, Spring Boot, AWS, CI/CD) (Enterprise Platforms Technology) joins the Enterprise Platforms Technology team to lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects. This position focuses on establishing enterprise technology practices and solving complex business problems within a cloud-based environment to drive powerful user experiences.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
Develop distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
Build robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services.
Write and evaluate code using Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
Manage container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes.
Mentor other members of the engineering community.
Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver customer-facing experiences.
Experiment with and learn new technologies to stay ahead of tech trends.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Open Source RDBMS, and NoSQL databases.
Experience with Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with a variety of AWS tools and services.
Master’s Degree (preferred).
9+ years of experience in Java (preferred).
4+ years of experience with AWS (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
1+ years of people management experience (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity (preferred).
