The Senior Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack (Enterprise Platform Technology) joins the AI Harness Engineering team to build tools, contracts, and evaluation systems for governed AI-native software delivery. You will lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers to create agentic workflow orchestration systems, including code generation, validation, and retry loops. Key responsibilities include defining typed input/output contracts, developing trace capture and observability capabilities, and integrating evaluation results into CI/CD workflows. You will utilize JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, alongside Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS tools. This role solves the technical challenge of enabling engineering teams to use approved AI models and coding agents with enterprise-grade quality, traceability, and operational discipline.
Lead a team of developers to build distributed microservices and full-stack systems that meet regulatory needs.
Design and implement AI-native software engineering harnesses using approved models and coding agents.
Build agentic workflow orchestration systems for planning, code generation, validation, and controlled promotion.
Define typed input/output contracts and schemas to make agentic execution auditable and repeatable.
Develop trace capture, observability, and debugging capabilities for AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Integrate evaluation results into CI/CD workflows, including quality gates for security, performance, and accessibility.
Build reusable APIs, services, and developer tooling to enable consistent adoption of AI-native practices.
Write architecture proposals, design documents, and technical guidance to scale harness engineering patterns.
What we're looking for
At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master’s Degree (preferred).
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
4+ years of experience utilizing open-source frameworks to build production-grade applications (preferred).
4+ years of experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, containers, Kubernetes, serverless platforms, or event-driven systems using AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure (preferred).
2+ years of experience with CI/CD, automated testing, quality gates, developer productivity platforms, or observability frameworks (preferred).
