What you'll do

  • Lead the design and implementation of AI-native software engineering harnesses using approved models and coding agents.
  • Build agentic workflow orchestration systems supporting planning, code generation, validation, and human checkpoints.
  • Define and implement typed input/output contracts for auditable and repeatable agentic execution.
  • Develop trace capture and observability capabilities for AI-assisted engineering workflows.
  • Integrate evaluation results into CI/CD workflows to ensure quality gates are met.
  • Build reusable APIs and developer tooling enabling consistent adoption of AI-native practices.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience building production-grade applications using open-source frameworks.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • 2+ years of expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability frameworks like OpenTelemetry.
  • 1+ year of experience integrating LLM APIs and deploying AI-assisted developer tools into production workflows.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, compliance stakeholders in a regulated environment.
