You will also use cloud computing platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud while ensuring web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility for high-traffic, customer-facing digital experiences.

What you'll do

Drive high-leverage technical initiatives from initial problem framing through implementation and adoption.
Own architectural and technical decisions for cross-team initiatives to balance delivery with platform health.
Establish and evangelize engineering standards, including AI-native development patterns and agentic tooling.
Use a data-driven approach to provide evidence for investment, prioritization, and technical direction.
Develop web applications using JavaScript, Angular, React, Node, and TypeScript.
Mentor engineers across the organization and contribute to technical interviewing and onboarding.
Align technical direction with business priorities by collaborating with engineering, product, and design leadership.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Proficiency in JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, TypeScript, and open source frameworks.
Master’s Degree (preferred).
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, Node, or TypeScript (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
