What you'll do

Drive high-leverage technical initiatives from initial problem framing through implementation and adoption.
Act as a trusted technical advisor across engineering teams using expertise and clear communication.
Own architectural and technical decisions for cross-team initiatives while balancing short-term delivery and long-term health.
Use a data-driven approach to justify investment, prioritization, and changes in technical direction.
Establish and evangelize engineering standards, including AI-native development patterns and agentic tooling.
Mentor engineers across the organization and contribute to technical interviewing and onboarding efforts.
Develop front-end features using JavaScript, Angular, React, Node, and TypeScript for high-traffic platforms.
Maintain and evolve the company's design system and customer-facing web platforms.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, Node, or TypeScript (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
Experience operating as a senior individual contributor driving outcomes through influence and technical credibility (preferred).
Experience with web performance, accessibility, design systems, testing tools, Agile practices, mentoring, and AI tooling (preferred).
