What you'll do

Design and develop scalable backend applications and analytics solutions using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
Build high-quality application features following industry coding standards and unit testing requirements.
Support the full software delivery lifecycle including testing, CI/CD deployment, and production monitoring.
Create and maintain technical designs, service specifications, and functional documentation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on documentation and coding standards.

What we're looking for

6+ years of software development experience.
Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA.
Hands-on experience developing and supporting scalable backend applications in a cloud environment.
Strong experience with Apache Kafka or another enterprise messaging or queueing technology.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and modern application deployment practices.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred).
Experience designing large-scale, high-volume, or distributed applications (preferred).
