What you'll do

Design and develop scalable backend applications and analytics solutions using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
Build high-quality application features following industry coding standards and unit testing requirements.
Support the full software delivery lifecycle including testing, CI/CD deployment, and production monitoring.
Create and maintain technical designs and service specifications for the engineering team.
Provide technical guidance to other developers on functional and technical documentation.
Troubleshoot production issues and maintain cloud-based application performance.

What we're looking for

Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
6+ years of software development experience.
Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA.
Hands-on experience developing and supporting scalable backend applications in a cloud environment.
Strong experience with Apache Kafka or another enterprise messaging or queueing technology.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and modern application deployment practices.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred).
