You will utilize expertise in MS Azure, AWS, GCP, and frameworks like NIST AI Risk Management, ISO 27001, and COBIT. The role solves critical technology risk problems within the semiconductor industry, ensuring secure and governed digital transformation.

What you'll do

  • Lead complex IT audits covering infrastructure, network security, cloud platforms, and application controls.
  • Drive risk assessments and audit planning by conducting interviews and prioritizing the technology audit slate.
  • Influence the technology risk agenda by building alignment with senior leadership and business partners.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and direct third-party specialists for penetration testing and technical assessments.
  • Assure the secure use and governance of AI tools, including agentic AI and citizen-developed applications.
  • Implement AI and agile methodologies across the audit lifecycle to improve reporting and continuous monitoring.
  • Provide advisory services on cyber resilience, supplier risk, and data governance to the business.
  • Coach and develop IT audit professionals to build technical depth and practice excellence.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a technical discipline (preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, information security, technology risk, or IT audit.
  • Experience leading complex technology audits, security and control programs, cross-functional teams, and third-party specialists.
  • Big 4 or comparable technology or cyber risk experience (preferred).
  • Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, CGEIT, PMP, or ISACA Advanced in AI Audit (AAIA) (preferred).
  • Experience in complex, technology-intensive environments such as semiconductor or advanced manufacturing (preferred).
  • Proficiency in auditing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), cybersecurity operations, and AI risk frameworks.
