Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Mainframe

What you'll do

• Lead technical concept development spanning technology and business areas.
• Design and test complex infrastructure systems based on detailed specifications.
• Analyze and enhance cloud security, secrets management, and key rotation solutions.
• Resolve emerging issues by designing system upgrades proactively.
• Develop long-term plans to address and prevent recurring problems.
• Train junior team members in mainframe skills and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with patching, reporting, and monitoring activities.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering with a focus on Mainframe systems
• Proficient in TSO, ISPF, JCL, and z/OS operating system
• Experience in designing complex infrastructure solutions and conducting thorough testing
• Strong background in mainframe compliance activities including patching, reporting, and monitoring
• Ability to train junior team members in mainframe skills and operational knowledge
