Senior Information Systems Security Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the Information Assurance (IA) posture for classified systems in production facilities, test cells, and laboratory environments.
• Serve as the Risk Management Framework (RMF) subject matter expert for National Security computing environments.
• Develop and maintain formal information system security programs and policies for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Act as the primary liaison to DoD Security Control Assessors, Authorizing Officials, and Program Security Officers.
• Apply JSIG and NIST 800-series requirements to industrial control systems and specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Provide leadership and regulatory direction to a geographically dispersed team of Information System Security Officers (ISSOs).
• Execute a robust continuous monitoring program to maintain accreditation posture and mitigate security risks.
• Oversee the implementation of COMSEC policies and procedures for safeguarding information.

What we're looking for

• Must possess an active DoD Top Secret security clearance based on a Tier 5 (T5)/SSBI.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) to access export-controlled information.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, an Associate's degree and 11 years, or a high school diploma and 13 years.
• Must have at least 5 years of professional experience in Information Assurance.
• Must possess a CISSP, CISM, or equivalent DoD 8570 IAM III security certification.
• Must have expert knowledge of NIST 800-series publications and Risk Management Framework (RMF) procedures/tools.
• Must have expert knowledge of Joint Special Access Program (JSIG) requirements applied to industrial control systems and lab environments.
• Must demonstrate solid knowledge of COMSEC policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices.
